About The Dekko Technical Center The Dekko R& D center was founded in 1989 as a corporate test lab of Pent Inc. The primary goal at that time was to improve the already high quality of GDI products. In 1995 the lab was absorbed into Group Dekko Services, LLC the umbrella services of the Group Dekko International companies. Original customers were Group Dekko companies, their customers and suppliers. Shortly after obtaining an independent status, Dekko Technical Center sought and acquired A2LA ISO accreditations. In 1998 the lab began an expansion to allow testing access to customers external to Group Dekko Companies with a newly stated objective: The objective of the Dekko Technical Center is to provide our customers with testing, calibration and measurement services that meet or exceed the requirements for laboratory competence set forth in the ISO/DIS 17025 standard. Group Dekko management is committed to achieving the best possible data quality and professional practices on behalf of our customers.
