Dimensional Testing Services
The dimensional metrology laboratory has the capabilities to perform
your dimensional analysis for first piece submittal, in-process
verification and capability studies.
Dimensional analysis equipment includes

Galaxy with a 5 x 11 x 11 working area
and 30 pound weight capacity.
- GageMaster Series 80 optical
comparator with a 21 inch viewing screen, 3
inch focus, 14 x 7 inch travel, 15 degree table skew, 10X and
20X magnification, 50 pound weight capacity and Quadra-Chek 3200
measurement system.
- Sherr Tumico Series 3500 optical comparator with a 14 inch
viewing screen, 2.5 inch focus, 7 x 4 inch travel, 10X magnification,
25 pound weight capacity and Quadra-Chek 2000 measurement
system.
In addition to dimensional analysis of your parts,
we also perform calibration, repair, design
and limited fabrication of gages, at our facility. Dimensional
calibration equipment includes above equipment and

monochromatic light with optical flats
and parallels.
- Grade 1 gage blocks in inch and metric.
- Grade 2 gage blocks.
- Micrometer standards and caliper
masters.
- Starrett bench micrometer with
analog output reading to 10 millionths
of an inch.
